FAQ & Shipping

Do you offer free porch pick up? Yes, we do. You will be contacted by email if you choose this option at checkout to make arrangements for a pick up time. Pick up is in Niagara Falls from our porch pick up box. Porch pick up orders are generally available within 1-2 business days. You will be contacted by email (keep an eye on your spam/junk mail) with pick up instructions. Feel free to leave your preferred pick up time/day in comments at checkout and we will confirm with you if this time is available.

What shipping options do you offer?  We offer FLAT RATE shipping and FREE shipping on orders $89+. We ship with tracking by Canada Post. Keep and eye on your spam/junk for your tracking number.

FREE NIAGARA FALLS delivery within 10km of our studio on orders $20+. Option available at checkout with no coupon code required. 

FREE ST. CATHARINES delivery within city limits on orders $20+. COUPON CODE IS REQUIRED. Use code FREEDELIVERYSTCATHARINES at checkout to receive this promotion. Limited time offer.

How much are shipping costs? Shipping is FREE on orders $89 or more (before tax). Orders under $89 have a flat rate fee of $15 CAD within Canada.

When will I receive my order?  Please allow 3-5 business days for processing plus shipping time for all orders. All items are shipped with Canada Post and will be sent sooner if your products are already available and in stock.

Shipping times will vary depending on where your order is being shipped to. Please allow extra time for processing and shipping during the Holiday season. Shipping costs include tracking. Keep an eye on your inbox/spam folder for a tracking confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally? Currently Road to Happy only ships within Canada and the US. 

What currency do you use? All prices on the website are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. 

Do I have to pay sales tax? Canadian orders will be charged any taxes corresponding with the province the order is being billed to. There is no sales tax on International orders, however you may be responsible at your end for your own country's custom fees and service charges.

I received the wrong item... Oops! As much as I try to do my best to make sure stuff like this doesn't happen, I am human after all and can sometimes make mistakes. Send me an email using the Contact form or email me at info@myroadtohappy.com explaining the issue and I will fix the goof! 

Can I change or cancel my order? If you are getting nervous about taking this big step into a e-commerce relationship with Road to Happy it’s okay, commitment is scary. Email me at info@myroadtohappy.com and I will help you out with your change or cancellation. Orders that have already been packed for shipping cannot be cancelled. 

What is your return policy? NOTE: Due to Covid 19, all items are a FINAL SALE. If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email or through the website and we will do our best to make things right.

I know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, I will gladly accept unused or defective merchandise in it's original packaging for return within 30 days from the shipping date. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the product. The cost of the original shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from your return total. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the original purchase. If you need to return an item please send me an email through our Contact page to receive further instruction. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

I can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please note: If you received free shipping on your original order and you decide to return, you will be charged a 10% shipping and handling fee (maximum $15) based on the total of your original order. For complete details regarding the Road to Happy return policy please check out the complete Return Policy under the Contact section of the website.

Where are your products made? All products are currently designed and created in beautiful Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. 

Will you sell my information or email address to a third party? Absolutely not! The information you provide will only be used to process your order. If you give permission, you may receive occasional emails containing news of sales or promotions. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for complete information.
