Returns

NOTE: Due to Covid-19, all items are a FINAL SALE. If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email or through the website and we will do our best to make things right.


We know you are going to love your purchases from Road to Happy however, if you are unhappy with any of our products please contact us as soon as possible. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original ship date..

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Used items, downloadable merchandise and gift cards cannot be returned.

A refund will not be issued for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or is returned more than 30 days after the original ship date.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If there are no issues with your returned product your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping.

Shipping
To return your product, contact us for appropriate return mailing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you received free shipping on your original order, a 10% shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund, based on the total of your original order (max $15).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
